fantastic stay!
cozy room attentive staff delicious pastries
This place is wonderful. Our room was immaculate and so cozy. the staff was very attentive and helpful. breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries!

Check-in was swift, and the staff efficiently handled all requests, including providing extra pillows and arranging taxi service. Staff communication was very good. the reception desk offered prompt and courteous assistance at all times. i loved it!

my standard king room featured a supremely comfortable king-sized bed with crisp linens. it included a rainfall shower and high-quality toiletries. there were ample usb charging ports and a nespresso machine, the room was spotlessly clean!

Some Issues Encountered During Stay
cushion stain dirty toilet seat
The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
I was informed on arrival that the bar would close early. I found a large stain on the cushion cover and alerted the staff. The underside of the toilet seat needed cleaning as it was dirty.

dust bunnies slow internet
Breakfast was quite acceptable.
The room's cleanliness left something to be desired. Specifically, I discovered a rather excellent collection of dust bunnies under the bed. The noise from what sounded like a herd of elephants upstairs at 6 am each morning wasn't exactly conducive to a restful stay. Plus, the promised high-speed internet seemed more like dial-up from a bygone era.

some issues in the room.
fixed showerhead missing milk
I was not happy with the bathroom situation. the showerhead was fixed to the ceiling. SO your hair gets wet whether you like it or not. i also needed milk for my tea, asked for it, but it NEVER arrived. it's these little things.
